TribalCare CHR app for iPhone and iPad

Community Health Representative is a mobile App developed as a mobile extension to MEDNET Tribal Care solution for facilitating Home Assessment and Care of Patients or Community members. The App offers Clinical as well as non-clinical services that registered CHR representatives can extend to members of the community or elderly.
The App allows Community Representative to Schedule Visits for patients registered in MEDNET EMR, in order to provide Home Care / Work support. The App facilitates the Planning of visits well in advance so that different CHR representatives can maintain their own schedules on calendar and execute the tasks accordingly.
